The use of pressure compensation of tray temperatures in distillation columns ensures that product compositions vary little as column pressure changes. The Toolkit supports calculations based on Maxwell-Bonnel, Antoine or Clausius-Clapeyron equations. The resulting calculation can either be used explicitly or a simplified linearised version applied. The package also permits the calculation of boiling points and vapour pressures.
